Pretty influential, just a small person, but really great, when you
talk to him. One of the most gentle and intelligent people I have ever
met. Likes to drink Cognac a lot and does jokes as an encore at his lectures.
Sometimes even vanishes to the toilet with the microphone open. Funny guy.
Grew a bit fat over the last years....
The (unofficial) Eno Web
Check it out, pretty much stuff and links. Pretty much like a Web.
Alex Rubli Homepage
Alex runs the Nerve Net, a mailing list for Eno fans. He did a very
good CD-ROM on Eno, which might be released officially some time. If you
get one of those, you know a lot more than you've known before about Eno's
recordings. Let's say you know it all then . There`s even an update service
provided.
Eno home
Another Eno Homepage, not his own, though.
Brian Eno Discography by Johann Haidenbauer
Johann Haidenbauer does a pretty up-to-date discography on Brian. It
is available trhough this page and will be updated from time to time. I
just have added the new, much better to read version.
A book I did 10 years ago and keep updating from time to time, at least
on my PC. It will be out some day in America, when the publisher gets ready.
Discographies of Roxy Music, Bryan Ferry, Brian Eno, Phil Manzanera, Paul
Thompson, Andy Mackay and Eddie Jobson.
